What equipment do I need for virtual training?

We can work with whatever you have, bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or more. I’ll design your program based on the equipment available to you.

How do I get started with you?

It starts with a free consultation! We’ll talk about your goals, lifestyle, and how I can help. From there, we’ll map out your personalized training and/or nutrition plan.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is different, but most clients start noticing changes in how they feel within a few weeks. Visible results often come after consistent effort, I focus on progress that lasts.

Can you work around injuries or health conditions?

Yes, safety comes first. I can adapt workouts to accommodate injuries, mobility issues, or specific health concerns. Always check with your doctor first if needed.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. This helps me respect your time and mine, and ensures all clients get the attention they deserve.
